This Service permits to exchange files between users without using e-mail attachments.
This Service was set up to lower the traffic of heavy attachments on the mail servers
network while providing the ability to transfer large files (till about 100MB per file)
through internet to the recipient.
The service is provided using HTTP (HTTPS) and SMTP protocols and is designed to be
easily used even from behind a corporate firewall without installing server or P2P
software on the client machine.

The user may fill in a wizard-like interface providing his address,
recipient address, file to upload and an optional comment.
A mail will be sent to the recipient containing the url from wich download the file.
A mail confirming the mail departure will be sent to the sender.
The file will be available for download for a limited period.

You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that

* After transferring files > 300MB you may have to wait one or two minutes
for storing and virus scanning procedures to take place. In the meanwhile the gear
wait window will disappear and the main browser window may remain blank.

* Some releases of Microsoft Internet Explorer swap the entire file in memory
  before transfer.
This may result in client machine hangs if the file is big enough
(two or three times the amount of available physical memory).
We suggest to use an alternate browser for big files.
Latest versions of Opera, Mozilla and Mozilla Firebird browsers are
  known functioning.
